This hotel was very nice and clean. Room smelled fresh when walked in the door. Breakfast was great. Friendly staff! Close to the highway. Shopping area and restaurants close by.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn Oakdale/Woodbury with our family and had a great experience. The breakfast was good with plenty of options, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Parking was easy, which made everything convenient. The front desk staff was very helpful—Amy was especially welcoming and such a sweet lady. She really went above and beyond to make sure we felt taken care of. Overall, a pleasant and family-friendly stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great experience, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean and updated, and they were very accommodating for our larger group and made sure our bus had room in the lot. Great location with lots to do but tucked away a bit from the traffic. We travel to this area a lot and this will be our go to location.

I went there for Christmas. We spent 4 days there. The service was good, the rooms were nice. But I left some clothes there and didn't realize it till I got home. Well I hope the staff is enjoying my mom's clothes and her wool jacket. I am very disappointed that I didn't get that back. Therefore I will never go back there and I will never say a nice thing about that place. Hampton inn you can suck it!!

Don't let the good reviews fool you! Location was why we chose this place for my in laws - right off the highway and easy for them to find. Only to find rooms smelling like smoke and weed when it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. They asked to switch rooms and the next room smelled just as equally bad. They couldn't stand it and left. Disappointed as we thought Hamptons was a trustworthy hotel name, guess we'll have to reconsider next time.

The staff at this Hampton Inn are awesome! I had to stay there 5 days because of a surgery I had and upon check-in I was having issues with the Capital One points I used to book the hotel. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and did not have to worry about the issues that Capital One travel created for me. When I say the staff, I mean the front desk, the manager, the housekeepers are very friendly, and even the maintenance stopped to chat with me in the hallway to make sure we had everything I needed in our room. First class service! The breakfast are great, and the rooms are clean. I would definitely return here again. Look no further this is your place to stay! : )

I truly enjoyed my stay ay Hampton Inn Oakdale. Neasha Austin was AMAZING. Very professional, knowledgeable, and great customer service. The staff were excellent, the location is prefect!! Lots of stores, restaurants, and near the highway. I will most definitely stay again and recommend my friends and family.

This place was AMAZING. The customer service was top notch and the little needed things store really helped us out. They were always willing to help and answer questions. They did us a great service and would highly recommend. It’s going to be my hotel chain of choice because of this hotel. The pool area was clean and warm. Perfect for kids who needed to get extra energy out.

Got to hotel late the first night but staff was right there to get us checked in quickly. Room was perfect temperature, clean and welcoming. Fantastic way to start our weekend. Also, love the night light in the bathroom, wonderful touch!

Overall, the room was fine. There were a few details that would make me not give 5 stars. I had a king room with sofa bed. The sofa bed was AWFUL. When we first pulled the bed out, I was impressed that the mattress had springs, but it was like it had no stuffing along with the springs. My son felt like he was laying on springs all night long.
