The two rooms that we were in were interesting one room the bathroom was filthy throw up on the floor hair all in the tub and the room they moved us to sink Handel was missing

As a Lifetime Titanium member, the Woodbury Courtyard has been our home away from home for the past seven years when we’re in the area. The staff has always been friendly and welcoming, which is why we continue to stay here. That’s why this last visit — over two weeks — was frustrating. We completely understand that rooms aren’t serviced when the Do Not Disturb sign is on the door. But our room was also missed several times when it wasn’t. I had to stop by the front desk multiple times just to get basic items like toilet paper, and we ended up taking our own trash out daily. We’re not high-maintenance and don’t need service every day, but being repeatedly overlooked without any communication isn’t okay. It would really help if housekeeping procedures were clearly explained at check-in so guests know what to expect. Also, the televisions need to be replaced. The screens are very dark and the picture quality isn’t clear, which definitely impacts the overall experience. We really like this property and want to keep coming back — but this stay didn’t meet the standard we’re used to.

Hotel was clean, clean room, friendly staff, pool area was clean, hot tub was at temperature with all jets working. Double queen suite was a good value. Smart TV for sleeping area and another in the sitting/"living room" area. Logged in to Netflix no problem. No refrigerator though...? ? definitely a must for drinks, snacks, and possible leftovers from dinner. NO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST!! Huge bummer for me. $15 for 2 eggs, 2 pieces of bacon, frozen potatoes cubes, and toast. Whatever if its just you but with a family, that adds up! Serve a limited Starbucks menu for coffee. So add $8 to that breakfast! ? ? Texas Roadhouse is right across the parking lot. -5min Walking distance to Whole Foods, Sierra Trading Post, etc. Across the road is Cabelas, Home Depot, TJ Maxx, Dicks, Ulta, Tamarack Taproom, grocery store, little Ceasars, smoke shop, etc. If you like to "thrift", theres a Savers 1/2 mile away and a Goodwill 6-7min Uber away. Walmart and Sams Club by Goodwill. Location is great! If you get a little too freaky 1 night and pull a hammy, theres physically therapy Across the parking lot as well!! Lmao ? ?

Our group’s experience at this hotel was unacceptable. The property was severely understaffed, which impacted every aspect of our stay. One member of our party was checked into a room that had not been cleaned after the previous guest—dirty sheets and all. When we raised the issue, we were told that was the best they could do. That teammate ended up leaving and checking into a Hilton instead. We paid for breakfast to be included, but there was only one person handling both cooking and taking orders. Guests waited 5–10 minutes just to place an order and another 20 minutes to receive food. We didn’t have time to wait 30 minutes for breakfast and had to purchase food elsewhere. I feel bad for the staff, running from task to task and leaving the front desk unattended—but the hotel was not prepared to handle guests properly. This was not a good experience, and it separated our group unnecessarily. The teammate that stayed at the Hilton gave it positive reviews.

Be very careful when staying with this hotel! We got charged a $250 smoking fee and we don't smoke!! We tried calling and arguing it but they didn't care!! We asked them what evidence was there that we had smoked in the room? They couldn't even tell us!!! What a rip off hotel!! No breakfast unless you pay for it!! It's such a joke!! If you need to stay somewhere I suggest finding a different hotel!! Cause these guys are thieves!!

Our TVs picture was blue tinged... Called the front desk 2 times to ask for it to be fixed. Maintenance never came.

When I visited the hotel is was extremely nice looking inside a great place to stay in would consider it for sure ?

I was really looking forward to using the pool and hot tub however both were shut down for the four days I was there. Staff was not informative up front of pool and hot tub not being available. Staff a bit unfriendly

They charged me $86 for no reason at time of check out. My room was already pre-paid before showing up. I went back a few days later to ask for a refund showing the receipt and they said it was a mistake and will issue a refund. 2 weeks later no refund. They basically stole my $86.

I had a terrible experience and had only been there for one hour! checked in and got ready to go down to the pool! the pool was little and cold and the hot tub was out or oder and not posted online or expressed to guest when they check in! I called the front desk and they claimed "someone would be down to check the temperature" not sure that they did. I called management and left a voicemail while I walked out of there and still no phone call. Extremely unprofessional! This was Friday evening, I also took pictures of how nasty the A/C unit is and how your breathing in nasty bugs and dust!!! I am extremely upset with how they handled the situation and couldn't refund me my money after only be there for one hour! Don't go it's not worth it, there are other places in the area that has a big warm pool and a working hot tub! I am half tempted to post on social media to make sure the word spreads!
