Spotless property, great views if you’re into aviation. I didn’t try the restaurant, but if it’s anything like the hotel I’m sure it’s superb! The fact that there’s a TSA checkpoint in the hotel (albeit only open in the mornings) blows most airport hotels out of the water. Next time I have a long overnight layover in MSP I’ll stay again!

Great hotel, management, and experience. Huge thank you to the manager, Janessa, who went above and beyond for us! We had a minor room mix-up, which was due to a third-party booking. Even though it wasn’t InterContinental’s fault, Janessa kindly offered us a complimentary drink, which we declined because it wasn’t their error—yet she still stepped in with genuine care and personally came to our room to surprise us with incredible desserts: delicious ice cream, cream cheese with raspberries, and a chocolate treat. Truly grateful for such exceptional hospitality. Overall, the room and our stay was fantastic!

I'm very late in my review but here goes. I came into town the beginning of November and was wanting to book for a full week but there was one day they could not find a spot for me. Mikayla and Aaron at the front desk found a cancellation for me last minute when I was sitting at the bar and they had even steered me away from some of the other hotels that were a little rough. I was very happy to stay in one spot my entire visit. Miria and Barb in the restaurant were amazing. We had breakfast with them a couple of mornings and really enjoyed talking to them. Great servers and very attentive. Riley served us in the evening and he was also very quick to jump for our needs. All of the people in the hotel were very very nice. It has been a long time since I've stayed somewhere where everybody was on top of everything.

I had a nice 4-day stay at the Intercontinental MSP. The staff was very nice and helpful. They took good care of me and accommodated my mismatched reservations. I had a corner room on the 11th floor and the view of runway 30R was awesome. I could also see Minneapolis and St Paul from my room. The sound from the runway was minimal and didn't bother me at all. The restaurants on-site were very good and getting to the Blue Line was easy. The shuttle service was efficient, and I even got text messages letting me know when the shuttle arrived at my location to make sure I didn't miss it. I wish there was a lounge and coin laundry but for a short trip they were not really needed for me. Although I didn't need it, there is no convenience store close to the hotel. I would stay here again if visiting MSP.

Great stay here!!! Rooms were large, we received a room away from the elevators (which we asked for) and it was rhe first time in a long time, I didn't have to wear earplugs to sleep. The mattress, pillows and comforter were so fluffy and soft - my husband asked me to contact the hotel regarding which mattress, pillows and comforter they use so we can upgrade ours at home. The TSA connection on level 3 was a great option as we had an early morning flight and I am a lot of anxiety flying and this was so convenient not having to worry about missing a shuttle. We will definitely stay here again when flying through MSP!!!

Great hotel. The service, food and room were awesome. The only bad thing I could say is that the shower water pressure could have been stronger. The convenience of being to go through TSA screening on the 3rd floor of this hotel was AMAZING. It was like we had our very own private TSA checkpoint. We were the only ones there! Too freakin' cool!

I want to give a shout out to Mikayla who was very communicative and quick in helping me get an issue with my room reconciled. It didn’t even take 2 minutes to resolve due to her quick action and happy customer service attitude. Give her a pay bump!!

Flew into town for a wedding and had to fly out early the next day so decided to give the intercontinental a shot even though it was a little bit more than I usually spend on hotels. Oh my god, so glad I did. Definitely a 5 star experience. Best thing about the hotel if you don’t bother to read the rest of the review: your own personal tsa checkpoint in the morning. And the ease of getting to and from terminal 1. Rooms were gorgeous, very clean and updated. And even had nice things like an ironing board and iron which I was able to use to iron out some wrinkles my dress shirt got during travel. The staff were so friendly and very conversational, gave me a free water and even upgraded my room for free even though I’m not a frequent traveler. It was fun being on the top floor and watching the airplanes land and taxi. It really gave me an appreciation of the scope and complexity of running an airport the size of MSP. Fun and fascinating. The beds were so comfy I slept like a rock. The tsa checkpoint the next morning was a lifesaver. I was able to sleep in. I showed up and no one else was there and security took maybe 2 minutes they accommodated my pre check status and then I walked straight into concourse C. Absolutely amazing experience and so worth the small splurge above my usual. Although honestly I probably saved more in uber fees than I splurged. If you are on the edge of spending slightly more than your usual, just try it once. You too will probably be sold. I will now will wish every airport had something like the intercontinental MSP. Ubers and hotel shuttles are so subpar.

I am obsessed with this hotel and I’ll never stay at another airport location because of it. The rooms are so clean and spacious. Huge rooms. Great service. I love this place. I had a perfect view of the runways and a rainbow made its way out too!

We usually stay here before early flights, but this weekend my daughter and I decided to turn it into a staycation- and it was wonderful. The staff was incredibly accommodating, upgrading us to a room with a bathtub and a view of the runway. Watching planes land while enjoying room service was a highlight. The lemon cheesecake and chocolate raspberry bombe were delicious, and the pastrami sliders and roasted carrots were equally impressive. Excellent service, comfortable room, and a memorable experience all around. Highly recommend!
